Sharika

About this resource

This could be used in a dance lesson due to its repetitive rhythm.

Words like Justice (Adili), Freedom (Uhuru) and Together (Sharika) can give a focus for interpretation. Sharika could also link with the ‘Gumboot Dance’ which South African miners used to communicate with each other.
